About the event

We are thrilled to announce a coding competition tailored for school children, from kindergarten to grade 12, scheduled to commence in January 2024. The competition comprises three rounds, each with specific deadlines.

1. Application and First-Round Submission:

   - Interested participants must apply for the coding competition, and project submissions are due by the 15th of Feb 2024. Our esteemed panel of judges will meticulously evaluate the entries to determine eligibility for the second round.

2. Second Round Submission:

   - Contestants who qualify for the second round are required to submit their projects before the 15th of March 2024. Our judging panel will then select finalists based on the merit of these projects.

3. Final Round Submission and Presentation:

   - Finalists are expected to submit their projects by the 15th of April 2024. Following this, a designated date and time will be provided for the presentation phase.

Competition Categories:

- Tiny Coders: 4 to 7 years

- Junior Coders: 8 to 12 years

- Teen Coders: 13 to 15 years

- Senior Coders: 16 to 18 years

Technology Platforms:

- 4 to 7 years: Scratch Jr or code.org CS Fundamentals

- 8 to 12 years: Scratch 3

- 13 to 15 years: Python

- 16 to 18 years: Python or Java or Javascript
