Cancellation Policy

Free Trial Class Registration Policy 1. Eligibility - The free trial class is available to new students only. - Participants must fall within the eligible age range for the specific program. - Registration is limited to one trial class per student. 2. Registration Process - Interested participants must complete the online registration form or register in person at our center. - All required fields in the registration form, including student name, age, and parent/guardian contact details, must be filled out accurately. - Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. 3. Confirmation - Upon successful registration, a confirmation email or message will be sent with details of the trial class, including the date, time, location, and any materials required. 4. Attendance - Participants are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. - Failure to attend without prior notice may result in ineligibility for future trials. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our office. - Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be accommodated once per participant. 6. Parental/Guardian Consent - Parents/guardians must provide consent for participants under 18 years of age. - By registering, parents/guardians agree to the terms outlined in this policy. 7. Program Introduction - During the trial class, participants will experience a brief introduction to the program, including teaching methods and curriculum highlights. - No additional materials or equipment need to be purchased for the trial. 8. Feedback and Next Steps - After the trial class, feedback from the participant or their parent/guardian is encouraged. - Enrollment for regular classes can be completed at the front desk or through our online portal. 9. Rights and Limitations - The organization reserves the right to modify or cancel the free trial class at its discretion. - Participants may be asked to leave if behavior is disruptive or violates our code of conduct. 10.
